Global Security Pride Committee Launch Co-Sponsored by ISF

During the OSAC Annual Briefing Week, on November 15, 2022, the Global Security Pride Committee (GSPC) held its inaugural event, a High Securti-Tea at the Watermark Hotel in Tysons Corner, VA. ISF co-sponsored the event with Meta and Capital One.

With great attendance and energy, the first-ever GSPC event was envisioned and planned by a committee representing global security’s LGBTQIA+ community and allies, co-led by ISF Board member Nick Lovrien, Meta Chief Security Officer, and Arian Avila, Capital One Safety & Security Executive.

Also giving remarks were Arian, Carlos Matus, OSAC Chairman and Pete Short, co-chair of the OSAC Council.
